    often times rude customers, sometimes get out a little later than expected.

    Pros

    Good work environment and fun coworkers. The management is very good and it is rewarding giving the customers the best service possible.

    Cons

    Sometimes the kitchen is very slow and can make your service to customers worse. The customers don't understand it is not your fault and you make less money

    Advice to Management

    higher new chefs to greatly help increase the service. Also, allow servers to have bigger sections so they have the potential to make more money.

    I worked at Tony Roma's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They often didn't have customers. The bosses weren't too bad. Not much work done besides what happens behind the scenes.

    Cons

    Very boring. Constantly had to roll up at least 40 napkins every shift

    Advice to Management

    No advice the place is closed down

    Pros

    I made pretty good money and was able to work at a variety of locations in the area if I needed to pick up shifts.

    Like all serving jobs, it is physically demanding.

    The money is good if you're serving. But that's about it. Sorry to say there aren't really any other pros. I can't say much else. The

    Cons

    Management is pretty bad- they're very unorganized and unprofessional. shifts are given based on appearance. bad food quality. Bad, bad, bad news!

    Pros

    None, it was a horrible environment to work in. Management would always point out your flaws and diminish you as a person.

    Cons

    Everything, they would make you work off the clock .. FOR NO PAY, obviously. Then they wouldn't even give you a break after 8 hours! They didn't let us eat if we were working a double, which is about 12 hours. And after all of that they would tell you you did a horrible job that day. For $4/hour I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

    Advice to Management

    Don't think you're better than someone else, because in reality you're probably not .
