      Great office location, nice colleagues, supportive CEO

      Cons

      Limited promotional opportunities. People with same job titles working within the same team are offered different compensation. New employees tend to earn more that old staff.

      quiet work environment, many employees with long tenures (i.e. staying until retirement), some flexibility to move to other departments, non-stringent dress code, relatively defined work hours, very hands-on work.

      Cons

      unclear overall compensation policy & approach, poor cost management approach, limited ability for growth and promotion (somewhat due to company's size), the culture of under-communication or no or late communication to employees.
