Wildly abusive. Status/advancement based entirely on personal relationships with management and willingness to engage in questionable behavior while providing execs with plausible deniability. No oversight of employees who were given free rein to wreck havoc on the lives and wellbeing of those they supervised. Atmosphere of terror. Not a coincidence that by the time they sold it, the staff largely consisted of recent grads who didn't know better. Notice you don't hear Visa talking about this acquisition - or realizing any value from it. Mostly trying to sweep it under the rug before their investors notice. :/ If you cross paths w/ anyone who was in leadership here, or even middle management, just...run.
