I worked at Trigent Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you have any government work needs to be completed(Court case etc) then this is the best company to work for, as almost all government offices, courts are nearby. Also, close to majestic which is beneficial while going to native on long weekend :)
Technical wise no great learning as all projects are using old technologies.
Best company for freshers, as you will get some exposure to corporate working environment.
They hire Diploma, BCA, BSC - experienced candidates.
Cafeteria is good, gym is there but closed.
Evening snacks will be provided as first come first serve.
23 paid leaves + 7 sick leaves are there apart from 10 mandatory holidays.
You will get very good package (ask as much as you can) while joining.
If you are only looking for good hike regardless of the technology you work for and if you are working in a big MNC then they will offer you good package(ask for it initially, you will definitely get it. Don't regret later)
Comp off will be provided, also you can reimburse lunch if you have worked on weekends.
Birthday bash on last day of the month.
You can reimburse course fee, if you have done any Microsoft certification (note: you will have to stay back in the company for another six months).
HDFC And CITY Bank salary account provided, which is beneficial for personal loan, credit cards etc.
Salary credits on last day of every month without fail.
Good for ladies to whom projects will be provided after coming from maternity leave.

    Cons

    Project managers are not friendly.
Hike is very less or almost none if your package is too high.
Strictly No bench policy, look for another job as soon as you feel your billing is going to end.
    No cab facility.
Old technologies to work for and it's almost impossible to change the project once after getting into a project.
They won't consider your hard work in your tough time, only billing matters.
9 hours billing, so almost 10 hours working.
They will downgrade your position while joining, example, if you are SSE before then while joining they will give you SE. Later (after a year or so you will again become SSE)
Full and final settlement will take more than a month after quitting the company.
Many senior people are from photon infotech company, they will praise only those who are known to them.

    Advice to Management

Senior people who were there on 2013,2014 were good, try to bring them back if possible.
