    Pros

    Co workers are great and very helpful. Working conditions are nice and they have free covered parking for all employees. Work can be complex. Most areas have a highly competent knowledge expert.

    Cons

    Recent cut in benefits. Staffing is inadequate for proper coverage. Development/Improvement to systems is lacking. Most employees get caught in application "silos" with little or no chance to cross train. Most new development is done by contractors.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up and smell the coffee! The advantages you have had in the past are rapidly disappearing. Biuild and cross train your staff and give them the training to keep current.

    great environment; great people; management sucks but you cannot have it all

    management only looks out for themselves

    Pros

    Stable company, no one every gets fired, many long term knowledgeable employees, paid employee insurance, nice monthly luncheon, some great people to work with.

    Cons

    Lack of accountability or consequences. No one ever gets fired for cause. Much of staff has never worked anywhere else so there is no exposure to how other businesses are run. Stale technology. Inadequate staffing. Little if any pay increases. Strange review process.

    Advice to Management

    Update technology and products. Follow through on business plan. Provide adequate and qualified employees to perform the work. Long term employment doesn't necessarily equate to higher raises or immunity from budget cuts.
