      Pros

      Great environment and opportunities to learn and share knowledge. Also possibility to try new technologies.

      Cons

      Part of payment is done via coverflex, this is a huge company, so employees are just a number.

      - Good benefits (like medical insurance, home office support and others) - Feeling of stability - Cool teams

      Cons

      - Your growth depends on luck but not on skills, sometimes you just have no possibility - I started doubt if all slogans like care, share dare really work because it started looking more like it was only vision of that artificially created so it can be highlighted in social media - I faced situation where manager was discussing employees behind their backs and going on a power trip
