Poor understanding of technology in the marketing organization. Hostile work environment, with a muddled chain of command, and middle management that doesn't advocate or support their direct reports. Non-existent documentation and information on crucial process and development requirements. A culture that doesn't value employees - as evident by high attrition. Constant instability due to poor financials every quarter. Poor morale due to frequent layoffs, budget cuts, and confused direction from executive team.

Lots of confusion among upper management decisions and inter-department relations. Very little coaching in positions, lots of cool perks trying to make it seem like the culture is cool when in fact it can be hostile at times. Was often given vague instructions and demands without any guidance.
