    Pros

    The pay is weekly. I have great management.
    Plus all the slider's I want.

    The customers can get out of hand at times

    Pros

    Great benefits. I love my coworkers. A lot of hard and necessary changes were made in the past several years that brought the company back. I see a lot of good changes coming in the future. The leadership is progressive and moving the company in a positive direction.

    Cons

    Some departments and locations need more team members. I see a lot of people struggling to keep up with the work load. Many times when people leave they are not replaced & the ones left have to absorb the work. After a certain point, that can be a problem. It's also a problem when customers come in and walk back out because there isn't enough help in the stores to serve them. I also find the customer surveys to be rather unfair to the team members. A customer has to choose the highest rating for it to count positively for the location. To me, that's unfair to the hard working team members in the stores.. You could do everything in your power to give the customer a positive experience, but you can't predict how (or if) they will complete a survey.

    Advice to Management

    Keep trying new things and adapting to the rapidly changing business climate. And, don't forget about the team members who give their all to keep the company going.

    Management listens to employees and gives them freedom to work independently if they demonstrate responsibility and reliability. Good salary and flexible hours.

    Pros

    Good people to work with and good benefits. I've learned a lot of important information when it comes down to managing a warehouse in a respectful way. Any young person looking for a career long lasting white castles is a great place to work for

    Cons

    Working in bad weather conditions. But there were a lot of times when we had to deal with the managers about their order being shortened but we all took blame for short orders

    The management of the company is very respectful team of people that I've learned a lot from and how a company should be ran

    I have been working at White Castle part-time

    Pros

    Overall the General Manager is very good with people. The place is busy during lunch hour and dinner.

    Cons

    It seems like a great place no doubt about it. However some of the managers who come in don't seem to follow basic rules of hygiene. Some managers are wonderful but some are down right rude and intimidating. I even notice some kids having long painted nails including a manager, and handling food without gloves.

    Advice to Management

    Value People, intimidating and abusive managers can get the work done, but that is not happy place for workers. I am only transitioning but I can see some kids and adults really need the job.

    Pros

    Las Vegas was the first one they franchise all the strips are lots of crazy people no entertainment tickets needed got plenty of it get to meet famous people

    Cons

    They don't care about their employees they care about the money they make management stinks and has no regard for others

    Advice to Management

    Sometimes the the worst managers can ruin the best employees stop being so selfish and worrying about yourself more than your employees

    *Easy to transfer to another store if needed

    *stressful environment because of many rude customers
    *salary is very low
    *schedules change every week so planning ahead is difficult

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees and give bonuses for working on major events such as the Super Bowl which is extremely busy but we get paid regular salary

    Pros

    Free food, hours, thats about it! Nothing else. I worked for 2weeks and left!

    Cons

    Short staffed, manager attitudes, they dont train you properly, they expect a hell of alot in a short period of time. They are disorganized. Rude as hell. Cut throat environment, always have something slick to say. Too much headache for minimum wage! Do better. Maybe people will stay.

    Start over! Try again. Treat people with respect!
