      Don't Leave your stable job for a small raise

      Pros

      1. start up atmosphere 2. free soda 3. great for college graduates

      Cons

      They tried to have a start up atmosphere however lacking the following: 1.benefits 2.employee high turnover 3.be prepare to do everything 4.management 5.penny pinching 6. driven by quantity not quality They tried to not pay me last 2 days after I worked my full last two weeks. I ended filing a complaint against the company and finally gotten paid not sure because of my complaint or they just decided to pay me one month later.

      IT Dept really bad

      Pros

      Good for new engineers. Nothing to learn. Good for kids who just graduated from college. CEO & Product team really friendly. UX team very sharp. Nice location to work.

      Cons

      IT process was very bad. No roadmap or anything. Make you work in weekends. HR have lots of attitude. PTO not so great, unlimited not a good thing. No WFH policy

      Pros

      Fast growing company where each and every person has an opportunity to make a difference and grow. Ideas are heard, autonomy is given, and execs are always accessible and supportive - all the way up to the CEO. Wonderful culture with the right mix of hard work and fun.

      Cons

      The growth stage of the company comes with some shifts and unexpected turns at times. Agility, adaptability and keeping up pace are key.
