Lots of chances for self improvement Good benefits and pay

Cons

No work life balance. People are working 60 hours and are expected to do more, including travel and weekends Managers are terrible. Cliquey, over worked, and do not communicate. They wear so many hats you never feel connected to them. High turnover that is never addressed. None of your work is yours or appreciated. Only one client matters to them. Every other ticket is deemed unimportant.

-Semi relaxing work environment, immediate team members were great -Some cool perks

Cons

-Pay is terrible, well below the IT average. -Management is a mess and truly only cares what top leadership says. -Turnover was incredibly high and always glossed over. -Was laid off due to covid less than 24 hours after being told that we were "essential'. 15 others were also let go. -Main office gets the attention, satellite offices are always forgot about. -Workload was unrealistic, certain employees were lazy and usually favored.
