“What made me join Adelante,” Harley says, “was seeing the impact that volunteering has in our community. My first activity with the BRG was through Junior Achievement, and it was such an amazing experience that I committed to the BRG.” Harley, who is based in Roseland, NJ, says, “To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at home, we focus on supporting Latino and Latina-owned businesses and reading books in Spanish to my son. Also, music can never be missed. At work, I celebrate by inviting allies and members to Adelante’s Hispanic Heritage Month programming, and I volunteer to do some of the planning for this celebration.” Harley says she came to ADP for the career growth opportunity. “I started as an Executive Assistant in our Major Accounts division and quickly became an asset to the team. This opened the doors to a trajectory in Communications, Client Experience and Strategic Operations in corporate ADP."
