On Thursday, January 5, the ATS Team at site 056 in the UK celebrated achieving the Silver maturity level in the Operating System with a banner drop ceremony. Quote from Allen, UK FMS Business Manager: “What I think you and the team have demonstrated is that being a lean team means that you all have to step up and share things. You had challenges with people leaving and stepping in. When we went through the Executive Review, I said ‘wow.’ The maturity of the team at the site at the time showed the power of the Operating System. It allows everybody to step in and understand the new consistency. And when you spoke to the customer…the plant manager said ‘Just keep doing what you are doing. It’s fantastic.’ Our contract manager said ‘more of the same, please.’ Congratulations, great work team. You kind of really show what the Operating System is about and what lean team and delivery is about. Your results speak for themselves.”

On December 13, the ATS Team at Site 055 celebrated reaching Silver maturity in the Operating System with a banner drop ceremony. Site 565 selected Jacky as their Technician Of the Month, Jacky is their 2nd shift team lead.
