On Friday, October 14, the ATS Team at Site 474 celebrated their Silver Maturity status within the FMS Operating System with a Silver Banner Drop Ceremony. Quote from Travis, Interim Plant Manager: “It did not take me long to be around Dave and Joe to understand that we’re all going, pulling, in the same direction when it comes to the rope. When I got introduced to your boards back here (Tier 1 board), that’s lean to me. That’s the same stuff we are trying to do in a production environment that you’re trying to do in a factory maintenance environment. It makes me happy. I think this relationship is going to be very fruitful….You guys should be proud of the crew that you have, because you’re lucky to have them.”

On Friday, September 9, 2022, the ATS Team at Site 833 in Illinois held a bronze banner drop to celebrate their achievement of Bronze Maturity level within the FMS Operating System. The customer commented on this achievement and said, "I’m happy with the direction that ATS is driving maintenance at the site. I’ve definitely seen an improvement and a change and am excited about the upcoming year and the future that the company I work for has with ATS as we continue to partner together and improve the maintenance here at site 833.”
