We understand the value you bring to the table in both leadership and technical skills. While our business is maintenance, our purpose is our people. Jeanette Dixon, a Maintenance Analyst, spent the first half of her career as a teacher. It's no wonder then that she still has a passion for helping kids. So when she learned that her customer was partnering with a local high school's industrial technology program, she found a way for ATS to get involved. For the past 3 years, Jeanette and a team has been instrumental in helping Peoria Manual High School's industrial technology program get up and running. Three years ago, they helped conduct a Rapid Improvement Workshop for the program's woodworking shop and this year, they did the same exercise for the welding area. Layne Martin, an ATS Maintenance Specialist, worked magic on machines that hadn't functioned for years and ensured all of the equipment was safe for the students to use. Joe Aikman, an ATS Site Manager, taught the students how to build a dividing wall. Not only did Layne, Joe, and Jeanette get to teach the kids some manufacturing concepts, they also served as role models and introduced the kids to other career opportunities that they didn't know existed.

Check out what a few of our Technicians had to say about working at ATS!
Mike Warner was nominated by his peers as our Technician of the Month for the month at site 564. Mike is responsible for maintaining our equipment in support of daily operations in our coatings department. His quick thinking, dedication to service delivery, and all around positive attitude are only a few attributes displayed on a daily basis. Mike contributes his success to being part of a team that he likes to call "family." Congratulations and thank you for what you do on a daily basis for both our team and our customer.
Congratulations to Erika Shuff on being recognized as a 2021 "SC Women in Business" honoree by Greenville Business Magazine. Erika is an Operations Support Manager who oversees our Reliability 360 initiative.
We love when our customers have the same passion for supporting veterans as we do. We’ve been supporting Trane since mid-March with our surge support, working with their team after ice storms caused one of their buildings to collapse. Last week, when one of our Technicians was at the airport waiting to board his flight, a VP for American Standard – a subsidiary of Trane Technologies - noticed him wearing his ATS Veteran hat. He came over to him, shook his hand, said "thank you for the all the support you and the ATS team are doing at our facility and thank you for your service." He then handed him a coin for his appreciation!
