Dr. Christopher Burky is our Featured Clinician for the month of April! Dr. Burky is known around the OnDemand team for being a pleasure to work with; efficient, communicative, always incredibly responsive- his love for the work he does really shines through and you can tell just how much he values the services he provides here at Array. One of the Directors from a partner site, The Family Guidance Screening Center, raves about how thorough and fast he is, and how great he is to work with. We love hearing this feedback. On a personal level, Dr. Burky loves making Southern BBQ, is an active member of his church and rides motorcycles! In his free time, you may also catch him playing music or fly fishing. We are excited to highlight and celebrate this amazing clinician this month!
Kristina ONeal has been an invaluable member of our OnDemand team over her tenure, and was promoted from an Access Center Representative to a Shift Coordinator through her hard work and dedication. We receive consistent feedback from our partners that Kristina is always helpful, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She truly goes above and beyond for our clinicians, supports her peers within the Access Center, and embodies Array's core values. Kristina describes herself as a soccer and dance Mom, loves to read, and always starts each morning with exercise. It is an honor to highlight and celebrate her this month!
Dr. Natalie Relph has been a valued clinician since 2013and loves the healthy work/life balance Array provides to spend more quality time with family and the activities she enjoys. She's been learning how to play the piano, enjoys being a seamstress and a quilter, loves to bake, cook, and considers herself an amateur pitmaster! She herself offers that keeping a consistent sleep schedule, regularly speaking with a therapist and always making time for personal interests outside of work has been the key to supporting her own health and well-being.
We have diverse and accomplished team members, and this month we’d like to highlight those who also represent the BIPOC community here at Array, those who are making a significant impact on our organization, our people, and our partners. Travonya Quarles, VP of Medical Affairs has brought a wealth of knowledge and shares her over 19 years of credentialing expertise and experience with us. Travonya has in-depth knowledge of credentialing operations and brings a diverse professional background, which includes experience in the following areas: hospital medical staff office, managed care credentialing, multi-hospital operations, ambulatory surgery centers, quality and performance improvement, project management, credentialing compliance, to include Joint Commission and NCQA Standards. In her first year at Array, she spearheaded the re-engineering of the Medical Affairs Department including but not limited to the creation of over 30 consistent policies and procedures across the service lines, among other vital tasks. We are honored to have her at Array!
We’re honored to highlight our Featured Clinician for February, OnDemand Care’s Dr. Joseph DiVincenzo. ‘Joe’ joined Array back in the Spring of 2020, and has been providing services to multiple partners across his home state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey during his tenure here. Over the past several months, he has graciously led our our organization's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training and bimonthly practice sessions. Given his love for the study of medicine and philosophy, and a practitioner of Zen Buddhism for many years, Dr. DiVincenzo’s path to becoming a Psychiatrist is an interesting story. Quite the artist, he enjoys writing, drawing and painting, along with traveling and spending valuable time with family. Joe is a truly valued member of our clinical team here at Array, supporting not only the hospital-based programs where he provides services, but also to our entire administrative team. We are excited to celebrate him this month!
Our Employee in the Spotlight for the month of February is Senior Accountant, John Walsh. John manages the billing and collections for our AtHome Care line of business' revenue cycle management, and is an invaluable member of our accounting team. Based out of Chicago, this Bear's fan has a 13-year old dog named Kate, loves traveling and spending time with family, plays competitive softball and enjoys DIY projects. John has been very active in Array's wellness programs, and has supported various task forces, including co-leading our annual NAMI-Walks Your Way Campaign. We are excited and proud to celebrate John this month!
Scheduled Care's Dr. Ozlem Dubauskas is our featured clinician this month! Ozlem has shared that the team has been so supportive since day one, helping her to achieve her best here at Array. A healthy regimen of herbal tea and exercise supports her own mental health and well-being, along with sharing a good meal out with family, and spending time in nature. Ozlem has received glowing feedback from her partner site, a true testament to how her contributions have has such a positive impact on the relationships with our partners, as well as the communities she serves.
Congratulations to Mariah Swinson, Sales Administrator Extraordinaire, for being our Employee in the Spotlight this month! Mariah has had such an incredible impact on the Sales & Business Development team, not to mention all of Array's business lines. She is always willing to jump in to assist, and has played a pivotal role in so many different aspects of our work here. Mariah truly exemplifies Array's core values, and we are so excited to highlight you this month.
This month's Featured Clinician is AtHome Care's Dr. Thomas Cantey! Dr. Cantey joined Array back in the Summer of 2019, and has had an incredible impact on the consumers he serves. We consistently receive glowing feedback regarding his professionalism and caring nature. One consumer shared "Dr. Cantey is exceptional: insightful, caring, attentive and encouraging. He's helped me so much in just a few sessions". We are thrilled to highlight you this month, Thomas!
Congratulations to John Forsythe for being our Employee in the Spotlight this month! Relatively new to Array, John continues to go above and beyond by always jumping in to help other teams within the Medical Affairs department. He consistently receives praise from our vendors, and is known for being a joy to work with. On a personal note, John is an avid movie buff and concert goer, lover of dark chocolate, and enjoys a good workout on the Peloton when he has the time. We are excited to highlight you this month, John!
