Our Employee in the Spotlight this month is Lead Care Navigator, Jessica Wisniewski! Jessi recently celebrated her first work anniversary with Array, and has taken the reigns on implementing and developing a newer case management department within care navigation. She cares deeply for both the patients she helps as well as her teammates. She consistently gets positive feedback from clinicians on how helpful she is in helping navigating patients to the care they need, and for just being a pleasure to work with. Well deserved recognition, Jessi! Thanks for all you do!

Array Team Members from across the country participated in NAMIWalks Your Way: A United Day of Hope, on Saturday, October 9th. Together, through individual contributions and donations from the organization, we raised $4,495 to support NAMI and it's efforts in creating awareness, education, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by mental illness. Much like our own mission here at Array, NAMI envisions "a world where all people affected by mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives supported by a community that cares."
Congratulations to Business Development Rockstar, and recently promoted, David Prabhu for being our Employee in the Spotlight for the month of October! In addition to crushing his personal and professional goals, David has made a significant impact on those on his team, serving as a mentor for others. Nominated by a peer stating that [he] "is an absolute joy to work with - his enthusiasm keeps myself and the rest of the sales team motivated and driven every day. He cares so much about the work that Array does, and really embodies our corporate values." We were thrilled to highlight David this month.
Dr. Topaz Sampson has received several accolades from the clinician success team, along with the partner sites she serves; She is someone who truly exemplifies our mission and has a passion for making mental health more accessible to underserved communities. This soon-to-be Dog Mom encourages colleagues to get involved in the work community here at Array Behavioral Care, and offers a solid piece of advice:, "Just be yourself", as she herself is at her best when doing so. Latoya Hospedales, LPC, has been an incredible addition to the OnDemand clinical team, always willing to step in and help when needed. Since joining Array in March of this year as a part-time Clinician, she has truly gone above and beyond to cover extra shifts, often last minute. Latoya's advice to all new team members is to share ideas on how to improve workflows and job duties, something we stress among our administrative team members as well. She prioritizes her own mental health by enjoying regular trips to the lake and focusing on family, maintaining a proper work/life balance. Finding ways to 'work smarter, not harder' has allowed her to accomplish her goals without experiencing burn out.
Nominated by his peers, John DiNicola consistently goes above and beyond, and is always willing to step in to help others. He wants to ensure what's best for both our partners and our clinicians, as well as his team, truly embodying the mission of Array. He has shown incredible leadership in his role within the Scheduled Care Operations team, and those skills have recently earned him a well-deserved new position as a Director.
It is a pleasure to announce that our Employee in the Spotlight this month is the Technology Team's Terrance Green! Terrance has received many, many Harrays from his peers, not to mention amazing feedback from our clinicians. He is known for always coming to the rescue with a positive outlook, a big smile, and "gets it done". As quoted from a peer "his patience and dedication are second to none."
