Here’s to the Production Training Scheme cohort of 24/25! Last night, the 12 trainees on Channel 4’s Production Training Scheme celebrated their graduation. Over the last year, they’ve undertaken placements at independent production companies across the UK’s nations and regions, working as trainee researchers and production coordinators to enter into the industry. They’ve also taken part in training and been provided support by thinkBIGGER! , all designed to help them develop their skills. A huge congratulations to all the graduates, and a big thanks to our indie partners on this year’s scheme
