We’re eager to welcome Marco Villarreal to the DriveTime family as the Director of Loss Mitigation! Marco will be working on the Loss Mitigation side of our business within our loan portfolio. He’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing strategic initiatives to improve key aspects of Bridgecrest’s processes to assist customers and mitigate loss. Marco will be committed to people leadership, while leading the customer support and resolution teams.
