Riding alongside EmblemHealth AVP Ann Marie Adamson-Serieux for her stint as a Grand Marshal of the West Indian American Day Parade afforded us an insider's look at this key cultural event in the life of New York City. We had an incredible day dancing down Eastern Parkway with our friends, neighbors, and a surprise guest or two. Thank you to the West Indian American Day Carnival Association for bringing us all together to celebrate the vibrancy of the West Indian community. Special thanks to our Community Engagement team whose efforts made the day such a success.
Our employees had a wonderful time spending an afternoon helping patients and their families at the Children of Bellevue “We Eat Together" program. Thanks to everybody who helped pack bags of food at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan for families of children undergoing care. We're proud our enterprise's Be Human volunteer activities are a valued part of the employee experience.
