FIS Board Appoints Stephanie Ferris as President and Chief Executive Officer; Gary Norcross Appointed as Executive Chairman! We have recently announced the appointment of Stephanie Ferris as President and Chief Executive Officer. She will succeed Gary Norcross as CEO of FIS on January 1, 2023, when Norcross takes on the full-time role of Executive Chairman of the Board.
