Filtration Group is proud to be a part of Madison Industries. Team members across Madison launched a grassroots Women’s Network two years ago, which has grown substantially. With the support of Madison Industries CEO & Founder Larry Gies and other executive leaders across Madison and Filtration Group, the Women’s Network has hosted both in-person and virtual events regularly. The shared experiences, enthusiasm and feedback at these events has helped the network refine a vision that will allow it to grow and evolve, and most importantly support its members.
When we put Front Line Obsession (FLO) at the heart of all we do, we flip the lens on how we make decisions in service of our front line team- the people who build our products and engage our customers. FLO begins with tearing down the wall between the office and front line, and learning to understand what’s important to our front line team. Our leaders filled the room this week to connect on how we can support our front line. A Madison Industries event to dig deep and walk away inspired to create a Front Line Obsession that will strengthen our culture and further spread our mission of making the world safer, healthier and more productive. Thank you to our truly remarkable front line, and to our team who poured their passion to make this Owners’ Day possible. We are proud to be a part of Madison Industries.
We know that supporting the communities in which we live and work is one of the best ways we can make a positive impact. Last Friday, the Global Filter team rolled up their sleeves and tackled various tasks to help prepare YMCA Camp Wapsi for the summer. Every summer, Camp Wapsi welcomes over 2,000 campers who come to make new friends, learn new skills, build character, and have a blast. The team dedicated around 140 hours of work to this worthy cause, enjoying the beautiful day and the opportunity to give back to the community while strengthening team spirit. A big thank you to YMCA Camp Wapsi for hosting. The team is already looking forward to returning next year and continuing their support!
