Janet Bawcom joins the Filtration Group team as General Counsel! Janet will serve as the chief legal officer of the company and she will lead our team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of Filtration Group’s legal, regulatory, and public affairs around the world. Janet is the former Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Ingredion Incorporated, a global provider of food ingredients. Before assuming her position at Ingredion, Janet served as Senior Vice President-Corporate, Securities & Finance Counsel of Dell Technologies Inc., where she worked for nearly 20 years and held prior roles leading the legal teams supporting Dell’s consumer and small & medium business sales and marketing organizations.

As we continue to enhance our focus on Committed Talent at Filtration Group, she will be essential to our teams. Allicia’s experience most recently includes more than a decade in Executive Search working with a wide variety of middle market industrial clients, as well as roles building talent acquisition capability at HUB International and PepsiAmericas. She has an exceptional track record of leading recruiting, performance and succession management programs.
