Shelli’s primary responsibilities will be to focus on strategic senior level hires as well as building external talent pipelines for commercial, operational and general management talent. She joins us from Relativity, a Chicago based software company. Shelli has immense knowledge related to strategic human resources and talent acquisition. In addition to her new role, she sits on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating business executives on the benefits of hiring military veterans called ProjectRelo. Shelli also keeps busy as Chicago SHRM’s President of the Board of Directors. We are so excited to have her here and look forward to her helping us find and retain new talent!
