Together, we decreased total safety incident rate by 17%, ensured 100% of employees had access to emotional/mental health programs and provided an average of 27 hours of training and development for employees. Suited up in their well-worn running shoes and brand-new Flex jerseys, 320 Flex India employees challenged themselves to a 5km marathon race under the balmy late afternoon August sun. Equipping our employees with optimal health support, the afternoon began with a 1-hr Zumba warming up session. Moreover, ensuring sufficient hydration, our participants were given refreshments, water bottles, and tetra packs each 500m interval. At the end of the race, the top 3 winners were awarded with medals whilst all participants were rewarded with certificates of completion.
