Eleven Mercy hospitals across four states were recognized as Best Hospitals for Maternity Care by U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in hospital rankings and consumer advice. This recognition across two categories, 2026 High Performing Hospitals and 2026 Maternity Care Access Hospitals, continues a tradition of compassionate care for women and children that began nearly 200 years ago with the Sisters of Mercy.
Forbes named eight Mercy hospitals to its inaugural list of America’s Top Hospitals, based on patient outcomes, experience and best practices.

Mercy’s soaring physician satisfaction scores, tied to AI-led innovation, caught the attention of KLAS Research, which helps health care organizations get deep insights into data. Mercy is one of four U.S. health care systems to earn 2025 KLAS Arch Collaborative Electronic Health Record (EHR) Breakthrough Recognition.

Stephanie Clements is Mercy’s new top nurse. Clements, a longtime leader and executive with decades of experience in health systems across three states, is stepping up from a vice president role at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City to be Mercy’s chief nurse executive (CNE).
