The more we grow, the more power we have to make an impact in the communities in which we live and work across the globe. As our teams in India continue to expand, their charitable initiatives are growing right along with them! Our India-based Women in Tech (WiT) colleagues recently joined together to offer goal guidance to school children in shelters who wanted to learn how to better realize their dreams. Our colleagues mentored 60 kids and drew an achievement path for every child along with playing fun games and even offering continued mentorship to those who asked.
Just like the sign says, we love seeing our team GROW. We foster a people-centric culture, one that team members can rely on to keep moving forward, even in challenging times. As a way to further connect our Latin America-based colleagues after two years of a pandemic, we hosted our first Latin-America Town Hall in our offices in Medellin, Colombia. The event fostered a sense of belonging and shared commitment to our company. Colleagues walked away even more #ProudlyPerficient.

Our talented colleagues enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to double the impact of their generosity by enrolling in our corporate giving program, Perficient Gives. As 2021 came to a close, Perficient was able to make a $10,000 donation to each of the organizations supported by Perficient Gives – that’s $80,000 on top of the potential $100,000 match in 2022! Each participating organization was carefully chosen based on the two pillars aligned to our corporate giving philosophy – advancing STEM education and improving health and wellbeing.

Perficient Gives is our corporate giving program that does much more than simply offering money to those in need. We work closely with community leaders to identify causes and opportunities to truly make a difference, as the Light Up Glennon event. In addition to donating $10,000 to the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, colleagues volunteered their own time to spread some holiday joy to the children in the hospital by shining flashlights, singing carols, and even enjoying some hot chocolate. We have the kindest colleagues at Perficient and providing chances like this to meaningfully engage with the community is what our Perficient Giving ERG is all about.
