Our HR Team in San Diego came together for a fun team-building event where they learned more about each others strengths and weaknesses during a Clifton Strengths Assessment. To finish off the day, the team stopped by San Diego's first Escape Room, the Puzzalarium for some games and more fun. #TeamSony
Our teams celebrate Diversity and Hispanic Heritage Month throughout September. Earlier this week our Hispanic network group (Comunidad Hispana – CHiSPA) in San Diego kicked off the celebrations with a great cooking class taught by Executive Chef Federico Gonzalez, who shared his secrets on how to make incredible salsa. This annual event was initiated 3 years ago based on employee feedback seeking to understand more about the different development and operational activities and initiatives on-going within Sony’s San Jose location as well as elsewhere. Participants including Image Sensors, AutoCam, Visual Imaging Solutions, Auto Entertainment Solutions of America, the Image Sensor Development Center, Analog LSI, Operations and Finance, Sony Biotechnology Inc., Sony Growth Ventures, the US Research Center, the User Experience Technology Center, ALPHA, AIBO, TOIO, KOOV, Events Planning, Sony Retail Experience and PlayStation.
