Jakolby first joined Spectrum as a Field Technician I thinking it would just be a temporary solution, but quickly found Spectrum was a place he could grow a rewarding career. Inspired by his team's camaraderie and unwavering support, he took the initiative to complete our self-progression programs and has grown from a Field Technician I to Field Technician V in just under two years. Now he has his sights set on becoming a cybersecurity specialist or software engineer in the future. He continues to further his learning and development and is currently earning his associate degree in broadband technology leveraging Spectrum's Education Assistance program.
