Meet Sri Narendranath, Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence. Sri started off as a developer before she became interested in project management. She noticed that a product’s success depends largely on how the project manager drives the project. Since joining Spectrum in 2017, she has been promoted twice and credits hard work, going above and beyond, and leadership support for her career growth here. On why Sri loves working for Spectrum, she says “We are very much connected.
