For many people, purchasing a home is the largest financial investment of a lifetime. Our Purchase team members play an essential role in completing the mortgage loan process needed to buy a home and turning the American dream into a reality.
Our Purchase team members work in small teams to bring files from the initial application into the next step in the process, serving as a point of contact for all parties involved with the order, from other team members to clients.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Amrock (Detroit, MI) in March 2017.
Entire process done over call, lasting one week. The very first call was to schedule an interview for HR round over call. I got the call on a Thursday and was scheduled for Tuesday for 30 minutes next week. Behavioral questions and discussion on resume ( I had studied company's ISMs, how their internship usually goes, and answered using STAR methodology).
They told me that I had been choosen for next round that very day. The next round was a group interview over phone with 5-6 members of the team I was going to work with. It was basics of C#, .NET, SQL, projects on and behavioral again. They asked many questions very quickly, so if you donot know, dont fake it. They will get it. Lasted for about 30 minutes, but with good number of questions. I was given the offer the same day. They are very friendly, fast and above all, very smart. Please donot try fool them. And you are good as long as you know about company culture and work ( I googled after scheduling my first interview)
