Peron has to take a logical test. Then a 1:1 interview. Then a personality test and a group/panel interview where you have to present a topic.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
