It has been a while since I interviewed. 2 levels of interviews.
Peer - standard situational questions.
Leader - standard questions about relocation, ambition etc.
Offer extended over phone. In a tight market, I was able to negotiate 5K more.

Question 1
Question list is supplied by HR. Standard questions like
1. How do you resolve conflict with others at work place?
2. How do you provide positive feedback?
3. How do you provide negative feedback?
Ameriprise reached out to me through email, then scheduled a time to first conduct a phone interview. After giving HR available time to meet, a following email was sent out with a date and time in which to talk. Initial screening was conducted over phone, and took approximately thirty five minutes to go over everything. Additional follow up questions can be placed through the email thread to HR.
