2 rounds: 15 minute 1st round, 1 hour 2nd round. Both were done online because of COVID-19. Communication was done fairly quickly once someone reached out to me to schedule the first round. Questions were all behavioral or situational, didn't test me on anything really technical. Would suggest that you know your resume well because the majority of the 2nd round was spent going over what I had done in my past experiences.

Question 1
Why consulting? Why Bainbridge? What's you strong and weak personality.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bainbridge in May 2017
Interview
The first interview was over the phone and it was pretty easy. I was asked to go over my resume and if I was ok with cold calling. During the second interview, the consulting manager asked me specific questions about my experience and resume. He also wanted samples of PowerPoint slides I have created. I was asked to do a case interview. The case was emailed to me 48 hours before I had to present it. I was expected to conduct primary research over the phone to find out the competitive advantage, supplier information, and other related information of a specific retailer. Upon seeing the case, I declined to move forward in the interview process.
