Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Please describe a time when you had to adjust quickly to changes over which you had little control. How did you cope with this and what did you learn?
Tell me about something you have achieved that required you to work as part of a team. What important things did you learn from this about what makes a team effective?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
