I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Express in Jun 2010
Interview
I turned in my application in-person. I was contacted that same week for a group interview. There were about 10 of us being interviewed by the store manager. He asked us questions about ourselves, but was particularly impressed with those who chose to introduce themselves to others and get involved in the discussion. Those of us who got a follow-up interview met with the manager again. He asked us a few ethics based questions and offered the job. Unfortunately, most stores use the on-call schedule which is very unreliable and hardly ever gives you enough hours.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
