Interview
I had an interview with a manger from another store, not even the manager for the store i was applying to. Fairly easy interview. Just show passion for making money and your golden. After i got another interview with the district manager and the same questions were asked. About a week later i contacted the DM and he said i was the front runner. A couple days later i got a call and got the job, and went to work the next week.

a scripted interview, very mechanical, not very much room for improvisation, expected rehearsed and standard interview answers. Met with two managers in an office there were appx 15 questions. The interview took appx 30 minutes. I was passed on to the next interview. It is a three stage process.

It was a brief interview, we chatted over the phone once and then met again in person. It was a very quick process, I was offered the job 2 weeks after the first phone interview.
