This was an interview for a promotion. It involved interviewing with people who I already knew, but was more of an exploration of my background than a structured interview. The process took a very long time to resolve itself, at least 5 weeks from the interview until the offer, but took almost 3 months from when we started discussing a move from when the move was complete
