I received a phone and talked about myself and how I heard about Waddel and Reed. We discussed what I had done throughout college and my interests. After the phone call, I was asked to come in person to talk more about myself. In the first interview we talked about my family, what I did throughout college and how I came to be applying as a financial advisor. After that, I was asked to interview 10 people to see how they thought of me as a financial advisor and read through a packet of material about Waddel and Reed before coming to second interview. During the second interview, we went over the interviews and went over any questions I had about the company. The interview was fairly simple and the interviewer was laid back and seemed to be very honest about the company and the people he hires.
