I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview consisted of me explaining my background, upbringing and why I was interested in the position of financial advisor with Waddell & Reed. I was asked to explain what I discovered about the company through my research and the rest was the interviewer explaining the job details and description. I have a second interview coming up and I received the homework of interviewing 5-10 people and asking them their thoughts of me as a financial advisor and to read through the packet and come back with questions.
