Pros
People seem to have a lot of domain expertise and professionalism mixed with not taking things too seriously (which can be rare in companies). Obviously a global company, so seems to be scope to explore international opportunities if that is your goal. There are a lot of learning and development resources as well. Interesting work in my area, and a lot less micro managing or top down pressure than previous companies. They offer a lot of perks and benefits (discounts on travel, free lunch, yoga in the office) and people seem to genuinely like working here (tenure is also quite high for people Vs. other companies i have worked at)
Cons
There can be a lot of meetings that are openly acknowledged to be unnecessary but still happen seemingly because of inertia.
