A busy workplace depends on the language line - Customer Service Guest Specialist Booking.com Employee Review

Pros

Good benefits, free meals, regular team outings, and a super friendly office. The system is user-friendly (compared with other companies I worked with.) Many side projects are available for staff to apply.

Cons

Since every staff works on different language lines, some lines are always busier than others. A lot of demanding customers, and phone calls kept coming in, which made me super anxious.
