Great culture and nice people

Career development can be hit or miss here. Dependent on your manager. Promos are complicated and political. We have VPs that went from intern to VP in 7 years or others that have been a manager for 5 years without promotion.. Four year cliff drops your comp a lot, basically forces people to leave at the end of four years if they want to keep their initial compensation Additional grants are not even 5% of your original

- caring about employees, high salary, many benefits and perks, always taking employee's voices into account, nice people - good wlb - intertesting job with big scale, many challenges to solve, a lot of space to grow

- technical decisions are sometimes not good

Great people, great product, awesome, supportive culture.

Growth slow... not sure what the macro-environment will mean for tech overall and Box.

Sometimes a bit chaotic processes

Very supportive management, both in terms of personal growth and work-life balance. Lots of room to adapt the project pipeline to one's interests. Flexible working hours - hybrid model in theory, in practice some colleagues work almost fully remote, can adjust schedule. Great office in the city center. Good pay compared to local peers.

Some of the homegrown tooling is overly restrictive. Outdated or non-existent documentation for some processes and data sources. Time difference between US and Europe sometimes gets in the way.

Very nice people and everyone is very smart

Return to office is not very respected.

There are a lot of smart and kind people that work at this organization. There’s a lot of opportunity to sell. There is a great deal of time off that is given.

Well, the culture at Box claims to be all inclusive and make mom proud. They’re failing those virtues.
