The onboarding of one new caregiver or med tech took 30 days! That’s 30 days I’m on call every night to cover a call out. It was nuts! I worked through every lunch and 12 hr shifts on multiple weekends until we couldn’t do it safely anymore. The benefits are also poor. They use some health exchange and I couldn’t see my pediatrician. Some management was on Medicare because the benefits were so poor. Crazy.
