      Pros

I get to do what I love and make a tangible difference in people's lives. It is very fulfilling work. The pay is good, benefits are okay, and I get to work from home and out in the community.

      Cons

Very limited upward mobility in the area I work in. Work life balance is not great. High stress environment with heavy workload.

      Pros

Good benefits, work from home remote options (though moving to forced hybrid), and good colleagues

      Cons

Current downsizing and market hurts ability for fair market wage, bonuses, and potential growth. Can be like high school with gossip and unprofessional behavior depending on division.

      Unorganized

      Business Outlook

      Pros

They have some decent benefits and it is work from home.

      Cons

They are incredibly unorganized for their staff. We got two weeks of training and barely covered anything we actually do in the job, most of it was fixing tech issues. Nobody seems to have the same answers to any questions. They change their minds every other day on how to answer customers questions and what we can and cannot do. Nobody is on the same page about anything but they are quick to jump on you the second you make a mistake because you are confused.
