Leadership isn’t the best, a lot of managers don’t really know how to lead a team

I love how my employer doesn’t force the consultants to be in the office everyday. We have our RTO schedule but it’s not always fixed, you have the flexibility and most importantly you have the work-life balance. Though yearly bonus is not as huge as other consulting companies but somehow the other benefits are still considered good for a small-medium consulting firm, I hardly able to find other similar size companies with similar benefits.

Sometimes it’s scary once you are rolled off from the project and be on bench. You may be put into a project that is not your forte but at the end of the day, it’s on you whether you want to learn new things or you’d rather be on bench longer till you get the opportunity to join the project that is more of your preference.

Salary will be credited a week before !!!

over all good company to live with. the downside is the clients. depends on client, experience at CAPCO varies. nice employee benefits, friendly management, well organized and motivated.

Client experience is not great. Chennai location is not established that much.

The pay and benefits are good, and I have enjoyed working with most of the people and clients I encountered. I don't believe there is any bias, and as long as you work hard and actively get on projects your pay will reflect. It is also nice to be fully remote

It can be difficult to move up if you aren't actively trying to network and do extracurricular activities such as help put on an event (remote or physical location) or go out of your way to put together a presentation just to help others learn something, and so forth and so on. Also, if you're not consistently on a project or getting billable work there is a high possibility of being let go.
