      1. Good opportunities for the skill set 2. Irrespective of race, all are treated well at same level 3. HR team helps in when ever you are de-tagged from a project and looking for new assignment 4. Handsome salaries are paid 5. Hybrid model of working ( WFH + WFO )

      Cons

      1. Salaries are not revised every year 2. No promotions 3. Less on-site opportunities 4. Variable pay should be paid 100 % , as cost of living is too high. 5. No ESOP for senior employees 6. No proper health insurance policies for employee and family members such as tooth issues or any other minor health related issues where hospitals charge too much.
