The recruitment process was draining, a lot of things to be done but necessary though.

The hiring process was smooth, with the help of personnel from Poland, Brazil and Costa Rica. There are benefits, such as employees discounts. The offices have strategic location, close to public transportation. They also provide door-to-door transportation for those whose shift ends after 11pm.

Salaries were not competitive regarding roles and same industry in the country. Growth opportunities seemed permeated by personal relationships and sympathies rather than merit-based. Moreover, when you ask them for time to understand the process well, they will tell you about the ask of management. some TL's would connect one-on-one with advisors and forcefully asked you to resign them as they might be the cause of the process failure (rampdown). Beaware to take care of all these things before joining AVALON process of CNX, Gurgaon.
