      Cons

The company does not care about its employees; there is no flexibility in regards to schedule, no real accommodations for mental health struggles, no consistency, dwindling morale, and all departments are overworked and understaffed.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

There is no sales pressure and strict protocol, which is excellent for those relaunching their career in Canada: job security and benefits. Compensation is not terrible, mainly because they offer an excellent benefit package. They provide an annual bonus which starts only around your 6th anniversary in the company.

      Cons

Work one in the evenings and one day on the weekend. There is little room for growth if you do not aspire to a management position. Although there is no sales pressure, the job is about selling hearing aids, and patient care is not a part of the culture. It does not matter if you have AuD or a lot of experience, you will be paid the same.
