      Before Acquisition) Positive Work Environment: The company initially fostered a supportive and engaging workplace culture. Healthy Work Culture: Employees experienced reasonable workloads and fair management practices. Satisfaction Across Departments: Different teams, including client servicing and finance, found stability and professional growth opportunities.

      Cons

      (After Acquisition by Blackstone) Increased Workload Without Compensation Adjustment: Senior employees are expected to handle excessive responsibilities for the same salary. High Attrition Rates: Many workers seek better opportunities due to pressure and deteriorating conditions. Declining Morale Across Departments: Employees in finance and other divisions express dissatisfaction. Hiring of Fresh Graduates Without Adequate Training: New hires are expected to handle complex tasks, contributing to stress and low morale. Overtime Without Proper Recognition: Employees are forced to work beyond shift hours due to workload surges. Excessive Micro-Management: Even minor details like email formatting to clients are heavily scrutinized, adding to stress.

      Work mode is hybrid (3 days WFH)

      Cons

      1) Worst WLB, they expect you to work for more than 12 hours a day.They even expect you to work on weekends 2) They initially offered a FTE. But before joining they converted it into 6M+PPO. 3) Too much office politics 4) Worst food quality. 5) Below average pay 6) No job security. Manager and team members often try to remind this. 7) Old tech stack My advice is to don't join this company.
