      Work from home flexibility is great, the teams and people I've worked with have been amazing, good benefits, great exit opportunities

      its a lonely job, the typical "what does a consultant do?" of a job, meaning its a whole lot of nothing. theres a false sense of urgency for everything but when you realize what the actual work is, its making ppts. not stimulating at all and in my multiple years here i feel like i learned nothing. also the salary is shiny at first but you barely get a bonus if at all in your first years and the salary barely incrases
